Dr. Evode KAYITANA
Dr. Evode KAYITANA holds a Master’s degree from the University of South Africa (Pretoria) with specialization in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. He holds a PhD from North West University (Potchefstroom), with specialization in International Criminal Law. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
He teaches various law courses in Rwanda, including Criminal Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, International Criminal Law and Research Methodology for Law.
His main areas of practice are Criminal Law and Labor Law. He has also extensively practiced in commercial courts on banking and other business issues.
He is a member of Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society since 2009.
He has extensively published in International Criminal Law.

RUGABA KAMONYO Serge
Mr. RUGABA KAMONYO Serge holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Rwanda and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice (ILPD).
Adv. RUGABA KAMONYO Serge has vast experience in administrative, social and business law. He is an expert with practical experience in Social Security Law – especially Pension and Occupational Hazards scheme and Public Health Insurances. He has also vastly practiced in Banking Law.

Gilbert RUGWIRO UZABAKIRIHO
Mr. Gilbert RUGWIRO UZABAKILIHO holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) obtained from the National University of Rwanda and a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) from the Canadian Business College in Toronto.
Adv. GILBERT RUGWIRO UZABAKIRIHO has an extensive proven experience in corporate and business law as he has worked in Rwanda with different financial institutions, including a bank and an insurance company.
He also has an international experience as a member of Law Society of Ontario, holding a P1 license since 2015. His main focus in practice covers all areas of Canadian immigration system.
Adv. Jules Lambert INEZA
Adv. Jules Lambert INEZA holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) obtained from the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali (UNILAK) and has Post Graduate Diploma from the Institute of Legal Practice Development (ILPD) in Legal Practice.
He is a practicing Lawyer admitted to the Rwanda Bar Association and East African Law Society with experience in providing Legal Aid Services, Legal Advisory, Legal Drafting, Legal Trainings, Legal Assistance, Legal Representation, Legal Negotiations and Legal Consultancies.
He participated in two researches: “Towards just and effective Expropriation practice in Rwanda.”/ January 2022 (This research project was about to assess how expropriating entities compliance with expropriation laws, policies, procedures, and practices.) and “The use of ICT tools and its role in accessing Legal Aid Services in Rwanda”/ October 2022 (This one was about assessing the impact of using ICT tools to provide Legal Aid services especially how they were used to access justice during COVID-19 times)
